27-year-old male patient, working in a multinational company came to us with a complaint of skin eruptions with marked scaling and itching, which he had since the past six years.

There was remission for some time and now the complaints had increased suddenly since the past three months.

His skin was thick and unhealthy in appearance. He showed the presence of thick hard and honey colored scabs.

There was intense itching and burning which was worse at night
