• Fatigue: Extreme tiredness from mental or physical exertion or illness
• Irritable Bowel Syndrome: It is a common intestinal disorder affecting mainly the large intestine characterized by abdominal pain, altered bowel habits, bloating of abdomen and food intolerance.
• Immune System: The system of organs and processes of the body that provide resistance to and protection from infection and toxins. Organs include thymus, bone marrow, and lymph nodes.
• Auto-immune disease: Auto-immune diseases are those diseases in which the immune system of the body cannot differentiate between foreign or toxic materials from its own body tissues, and hence fights against body's own cells and tissues.
• Rheumatoid Arthritis: This is an inflammatory disease that mainly affects the joints of the body causing morning stiffness, swelling and pain. In severe cases, it can lead to deformities of the affected joints.
• Ankylosing Spondylitis: It is a chronic autoimmune disease that principally affects the joints of the spine and hips, and in chronic cases, leads to the fusion of the bones of the spine.
