A 38 year old male patient had presented with chief complaints of extreme tiredness of body and aching especially in the lower limbs. He also suffered from dull headache with giddiness on rising and stiffness of joints. These complaints started 4 months back when he had influenza. Since then the soreness and weakness have been present. The patient was very nervous, restless and depressed most of the times. He was prescribed Nat-sal and was repeated after frequent intervals. He felt very much better with homeopathic treatment and his aches and pains were reduced.
