An old man came with complaint of paraplegia. Complaints started one and half year back. There was weakness of right lower limb with an abnormal sensation in limbs for five minutes.

Both lower limbs were paralyzed with absence of sensation. He had consulted allopathic physician, who advised MRI. Reports of MRI suggested spinal cord ischemia.

Patient then took Ayurvedic medicine and there was slight improvement. But oedema of both lower limbs was present with difficulty on getting up without support.

Case was studied in detail and Phosphorus was prescribed on the basis of symptoms.

With treatment patient improved a lot. He was also advised physiotherapy. He was very happy and satisfied since he could now carry all activities on his own without support.
