A 26 years old female, consulted for her following complaints which started 3 months back:

• Irregular, scanty menses, which were usually delayed with lower back ache with feeling of drowsiness. Her LMP was 20.10.13.
• Loss of weight
• Facial hair growth

She was advised lower abdomen ultrasound which showed Cysts in Right ovary.

She had desire for sweets and cold things. Her motions were normal, but her frequency of urination was less. She perspire more on armpits, yet was intolerant of hot weather.

While enquiring about her life situations, revealed that she had a conflict with her father. She suppresses her anger inside and would start crying whenever angry. She liked travelling and listening to music.

In her family mother has Thyroid disorder, while both her maternal and paternal side gave a history of Diabetes and Hypertension.

Her complete case was considered as a whole, and she was prescribed Staphysagria. Gradually, with the medicine, she began to feel at ease, the frequency of hair removal from face decreased and her menses appeared with normal flow in.

She was continued with Staphygaria with increasing the potencies, and her lower abdomen ultrasound was repeated in January, 2014, which showed normal study.
