45 year old woman had presented with complaints of severe burning pains on the right side of the face since 1 year. She had been diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia and was on medications. The pain was predominantly on forehead and around the eyes. Pains were shooting and radiating leading spasmodic distortion of the facial muscles. An important striking feature of this patient�s complaints was that the attack of neuralgic pains occurred periodically at the same time every day around 2 pm. Pains were worse in open air and after sleep. Due to this unique feature, she was prescribed Cedron. The characteristic selection of homeopathic medicine ensured a rapid healing in trigeminal neuralgia. She started showing wonderful improvements within 2 months of the treatment and by the end of 5 months she did not get the pains of Trigeminal neuralgia.
