This is a case of a 26 year old boy with 2 small chalazions on the right eye lid. There was pain and a sense of heaviness over the eyelids because of the chalazions. He had been suffering from chalazions since 4-5 years on and off which developed and stayed for many months and then would disappear slowly.

He was tired of this agonizing cycle of one chalazion healing and the other erupting. He was a very short-tempered person and would get irritated and angry very easily.
