A 40 year old man had started experienced signs of deafness since a year. He couldn't carry out a normal conversation as it would get very difficult for him to hear what others said. This was experienced in the right ear more than the left one. He also had some ringing sounds in his ears.

He had to position himself in such a way that he could listen with his right ear. He was a very active man and would take a lot of care of his health. He was disturbed because of his hearing problem. Fear and anxiety had set in and he started getting restless about it and wanted to get well as soon as possible.

He was given Ars Alb and called after 2 weeks for follow up. The ringing had reduced, but the hearing problem was still present. He continued to take treatment for a month and then he later he reported that he is now able to hear well than before. After about 5 months his ringing stopped and hearing was improved.
