A five year old boy came with complaint of impaired hearing. Also he had complaint of cough and coryza with recurrent sore throat. All complaints were increased during winters.

Child was slender& thin with diminished appetite. He craved salt and cold drinks. He was very thirsty. He had constipation. He liked hot weather.
