This is a case of man of age 36 years with the pathology of a ganglion around the right wrist since about 1 year.

He had taken treatments from few places where he was primarily advised surgery which he did not want to go through.

He came with the pain around the right wrist. On examination, it was found that there was swelling which came palpable in a particular position and confirmed that it was ganglion.

The pain was severe and increased on slight movement of the wrist.

By nature he was forgetful, careless, depression with irritability.

On further enquiring about his personal history he revealed that there he went through a severe accident his town 2 years back .He was sitting behind his friend on a motor cycle , there was a sudden hit by a heavy vehicle, nothing happened to him but he lost his friend. He was in a very big shock. Since then he lives with constant fear of roads and accidents. There after he gradually developed this ganglion.

On evaluation and analyzing the case he was prescribed Hypericum 30 C. The pain reduced 75% and treatment continued for 3 months, the swelling also completely disappeared.
