A 45 year old man presented with following symptoms:

• Pain during urination
• Difficultyin passing urine with abnormal flow of urine
• Severe pain coming on while sitting, preferred lying down position
• Severe pain in both sides of lower abdomen

He underwent ultrasound which was showed stones, the sizes being 3 mm to 5 mm in both kidneys; suggestive of bilateral renal stones.

Based on his case presentation and symptomatology, the homeopathic remedy Lycopodium was prescribed.

This remedy steadily reduced his pain and his urine flow improved..

Lycopodium as a prescription was continued for over a year which helped him tremendously. He reported one episode in which he passed the stones in his urine, and he has been complaint-free ever since.
