This is an amazing case of a lady whose chief complaint was told by the attendants was washing hands. She had a mania for washing hands and would wash her hands at least 30 times in a day and every day she had to buy a new soap. She would not use the same soap again.

On further enquiring about the mental sphere of the case, she had become very violent and irritable on being opposed to washing hands all the time.

Very forget full and indifferent to future. Suddenly she would weep and become very nervous without any apparent reason. She would even wake up suddenly in the middle of the night and could not sleep again.

On the basis of totality and analyzing the whole case Patient was prescribed Syphilinum 10M that helped the patient to improve and recover completely.
