This is an acute case of 47 yr old female housewife with urinary tract infection. Patient reported us that since 2 days she is constantly suffering from increased frequency of urination with high urge. She has to pass 12-14 times urine in a day and 4-5 times in night.

Every time when she passes urine, the flow of urine was very slow with few shreds of blood in it.

She also has a chronic complaint of backache since last 5 years which gets aggravated only after lying down or bending forward.

Her appetite and thirst is normal. She is a housewife residing with her husband and 2 children. She wanted a quick relief for these complaints and wanted to get rid from it

After studying the whole history, we decided to prescribe Berberis Vulgaris mother tincture 6 drops every 1 hourly.

After 2 days she was 40- 45% better and continued the medicines for another 4 days and was completely cured from her complaints and was quite happy for it.

After seeing these wonderful results she started her treatment for chronic backache with us.
