  • Eat high protein diet rich in eggs, fish, pulses, meat, nuts.
  • Eat less of refined carbohydrates like white rice, sugar, cakes and white bread. Instead, focus of whole grains and cooked vegetables.
  • Eat foods rich in omega 3 fatty acids like fish, walnuts and milk.
  • Avoid foods containing artificial sweeteners, food dyes, preservatives, caffeine, ajinomoto and other refined foods.
