- Practice sex more often preferably, every alternate day to increase your chance of conception. Track your fertilized period and plan intercourse accordingly. Most fertile period is the day of ovulation (usually 12 to 16 days before the menstrual period begins).

- Reduce stress with meditation, yoga and relaxation techniques
