Anxieties, stresses, worries, and even fears, are a part and parcel of life. But, when these start becoming tendencies and constantly interfere with your work, relationships and sleep, it is not normal. Such a condition is called OCD or Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.

Here, thoughts pervade the mind, creativity and daily living and can make one miserable. Like an old faulty record, thoughts play repeatedly in minds. So, a person is compelled to convert his thoughts into action again and again.

He feels that completing the action would finally put the thoughts to rest. But no! It proves to be vicious cycle which traps him more and more!

OCD is found to be more common among people of higher education, IQ, and socioeconomic status. Men and women, however, are affected equally.

But do not worry! You need not let this take control of your life anymore!
