  • Anemia: This is the common complication of DUB. Consistent blood loss may cause deficiency of red blood cells and haemoglobin in the blood resulting in anemia. It can lead to pallor, fatigue, weakness.
  • Infertility: If DUB is due to chronic anovulation, patients may find it difficult to conceive.
  • Endometrial Cancer: There is an increased risk of cancer in patients with chronic DUB.
