• ALLERGIC RHINITIS- It is the inflammation of nasal passage, usually associated with watery nasal discharge and itching of nose and eyes. Pain in head is often present but facial pain/ pressure rarely occurs.
• MIGRAINE- In this, patients with recurrent sinus infections, headache is the predominate symptoms. There is no purulent discharge with it. Nausea and sensitivity to light is present.
